Information we collect

When you request a quote or availability update, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your first name, email address, mobile phone number, ZIP code, residential or commercial property type, number of dogs, preferred service frequency, one-time-cleanup interest, and email consent selection. We also store the consent wording and timestamp, landing-page URL, referring page, available UTM campaign values, and available Google, Meta, or Microsoft ad identifiers, browser user-agent information, lead status, and transactional email delivery-event information.

Our hosting and service providers may automatically receive standard request information, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, and server logs. We do not currently use quote or availability requests to collect payment information.

How we use information

We use quote and availability information to:

• save and manage your quote or availability request;
• measure campaign attribution and plan neighborhood service routes;
• send requested service-availability and next-step updates;
• respond to questions and support requests;
• prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and secure the website; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

An availability request does not guarantee a particular start date or service schedule until property details are confirmed.

Service communications and your preferences

If you give email consent, we use your email address to provide service-availability and next-step updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using an unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting us.

SMS marketing is not authorized by the current form. We will not use mobile information for marketing text messages without separate consent. This does not prevent us from responding to a request or making an ordinary service-related phone call where appropriate.

How we share information

We currently do not sell personal information, rent it, or send submitted lead information to advertising platforms for targeting. We share information only with service providers that help us operate quote and availability requests, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for lead data storage, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information for the services they perform for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business reorganization where the receiving party continues to honor applicable privacy obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not currently use advertising cookies. The website, its hosting provider, and its security tools may use essential technologies or temporary technical data needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable operation. We will update this policy if our use of analytics or cookies materially changes.

Data retention and your choices

We retain quote and availability information for as long as reasonably needed to communicate about requested service availability, maintain business records, and meet legal or security obligations. You may unsubscribe from email updates by using the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting us.

You may also ask to access, correct, or delete submitted information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain limited records where required for legal, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Quote and availability requests are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our operating practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
