What happens if my gate is locked?

The service area must be safely accessible on your scheduled day. If your gate is locked or there is an access issue, use your customer portal or contact The Yard Shepherd so we can review the service options.

Do you have a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts. You can start or stop recurring service, skip a cleaning when needed, or request an additional cleaning when needed, subject to route availability.

How does billing work?

Residential recurring plans are billed monthly for the selected service frequency. Final pricing and billing details are confirmed before service begins.
