Access, the pet-safety plan, and the entire agreed service area are confirmed. The service area is inspected and cleaned, collected waste is hauled away, equipment is disinfected between properties using a kennel-grade disinfectant according to labeled directions, and the gate is checked before departure.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanups are available starting at $59. Pricing depends on the size of the yard and the amount of cleanup required. Request a quote so we can confirm pricing for your property.
Do you service the entire yard?
Yes. We clean the entire agreed service area, including the main yard, along the sides of the house, and other outdoor areas we confirm with you. Any areas that should be excluded can be identified before service begins.
Do you take the dog waste with you?
Yes. The Yard Shepherd hauls the collected waste away after service and disposes of it properly. We do not leave it in your trash bin for you to deal with.
Can my dog stay in the yard during service?
Yes. Your dog may remain in the yard during service as long as they have never shown signs of aggression. We love dogs and are happy to work around friendly pets. If a dog begins showing aggressive behavior during a visit, your Shepherd may ask you to bring them inside and secure them before service continues. If an aggressive dog is not properly secured, your Shepherd reserves the right to skip the yard for that visit so both the dog and technician stay safe.
